How to use
  1. Rinse first. Wash the bottle and glasses before the first use.
  2. Fill at night. Pour in room-temperature drinking water and close the cap.
  3. Let it rest. Leave it on your bedside for 6–8 hours.
  4. Sip at sunrise. Drink a glass first thing in the morning.

Use for plain water only. No lemon water, juice, milk, hot or fizzy drinks.

Care

Clean the inside with lemon and salt or a little tamarind, rinse and dry upside down. Wipe the Meenakari outside with a soft damp cloth. Skip the dishwasher, scrubbers and abrasives on the painted surface.

The inside slowly darkens with use. That's natural copper oxidation, not a defect, and a quick clean brings the shine back.

About the set

Ayurveda has long recommended tamra jal, water rested overnight in copper and sipped in the morning. This set brings that habit to your bedside. Each bottle is shaped in Moradabad and finished in Meenakari, a decorative enamel craft, so it looks good enough to leave out.

Choose Modern Geometric, Modern Scallop or Heritage Curved.

Have a Question?

How do I use a copper bottle?
Fill it with room-temperature drinking water at night and let it rest 6–8 hours. Drink it first thing in the morning.
Is the inside coated?
No. The inside is bare copper, so the water is in direct contact with the metal. The Meenakari is only on the outside.
Can I store hot water, lemon water or juice?
No. Use plain room-temperature water only. Acidic, hot or fizzy drinks react with copper.
The inside has turned dark. Is that normal?
Yes. Copper oxidises naturally. Clean it with lemon and salt or tamarind, rinse and dry. A darker inside is not harmful.
Is it dishwasher safe?
No. Wash by hand and wipe the painted outside with a soft damp cloth.
What size are the glasses?
Each glass holds 250 ml. The bottle holds 1 litre and closes with a screw cap.
Does it come gift-wrapped?
Every set ships in a window gift box, ready to give.
