At Moksae, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Moksaewellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange the replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 days after the order is approved for refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Moksaewellness@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We’ll make it right!
