We ship across India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket, ensuring your ritual products reach you safely and on time.

Delivery & Costs

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery: 7–10 business days
  • Cost: Calculated based on your location and order weight
  • Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Coverage:
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time—but we're working on it. Join our email list to be notified when we expand globally.

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

✓ Tracking number via email – Monitor your package's journey
✓ SMS updates – Delivery notifications sent directly to your phone
✓ Estimated delivery date – Plan for your ritual products to arrive


Our Shipping Partner

We partner with Shiprocket to ensure reliable, timely delivery across India. Your order may be fulfilled by one of their trusted courier partners—including Delhivery, Bluedart, or DTDC—depending on your location and the fastest available route.


Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately and cannot be cancelled.

We handcraft and prepare your ritual products with care—this means orders move quickly from confirmation to fulfillment. If you have concerns about your order, please refer to our return policy below or contact us at hello@moksae.com.


Returns Policy

Our Approach

At Moksae, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. Because our ritual sticks and cups are handmade, hygiene-sensitive products, we maintain a careful return policy to protect both you and future customers.

Standard Policy:
We do not accept returns on opened or used ritual products.

Exceptions:
If the products delivered to you are incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will absolutely make it right.


Damaged or Defective Products

What to do if you receive a damaged product:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

What happens next:
We'll review your claim and arrange a replacement or full refund—including any shipping costs. You won't need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

We take full responsibility for any products that arrive damaged or don't meet our quality standards.
